Ranch Chicken Thighs
This is such a super easy recipe that can be made any night of the week!
Ingredients
- 6-8 chicken thighs bone-in and skin on.
- 1 packet of dry ranch dressing mix
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves minced garlic
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees
- Wash and pat dry thighs
- Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray
- Place thighs skin side up and lightly season with pepper.
- In a separate bowl mix dressing mix, olive oil and garlic (it will have the consistency of a paste)
- Brush the tops of each thigh with ranch mixture.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes or until internal temp is at least 165F and juices run clear.
Serve with whatever side you would like (pictured is a kale and craisin salad).
